Return and Warranty Policy If for some reason you wish to return your purchase for a return or exchange, please return to us within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
The item must be sent in it’s original condition. We will not accept items that are used, altered or damage.
Please use same or similar protective package to ship it back to us. In any case THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED
Unfortunately, custom items (those in which a customization or add-on has been chosen) are considered a final sale.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that the customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.
